Welcome to my BIO page! I am thrilled to share my remarkable journey as an minority business owner and founder, celebrating not only two decades of entrepreneurial success but also the commitment to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all minority businesses. Over the years, I have faced numerous obstacles and challenges, but through perseverance, innovation, and a passion for change; I have emerged stronger and wiser and have attained great personal business success.

Despite progress over the years, minority small business owners continue to face significant obstacles that hinder our growth and success. These challenges are often rooted in historical and systemic inequities, and they persist despite efforts to address them. Some of the key obstacles that minority small business owners still encounter include limited Access to Capital, Ongoing Discrimination and Bias, Limited Networking Opportunities, Educational Disparities, Market Competition, Lack of Mentorship and Support, A Digital Divide, A Racial Wealth Gap, and Regulatory Challenges.

Despite these obstacles, we minority small business owners have demonstrated remarkable resilience, innovation, and determination to succeed. Addressing these challenges ultimately requires collective efforts from policymakers, financial institutions, and society as a whole to foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for all entrepreneurs. By dismantling systemic barriers and promoting equitable opportunities, we can pave the way for a more diverse and prosperous small business landscape.  This is our commitment to all minority businesses and as we celebrate two decades of success, I look to the future with optimism, ready to embrace new opportunities, and to continue championing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in all aspects of my business and to work for the same for others.
